What you'll do

The Highlands are full of food if you know where to look. On this private guided walk you learn to identify, harvest and prepare the plants, berries, mushrooms and fungi of the land around you.

Safety and sustainability come first: you learn what to pick, what to leave alone, and how to forage without leaving a trace. Every season brings something different, so no two walks are quite the same.
