Kilt-ology.

The story, dressing and culture of the kilt, and a photo in full kit.

What you'll do

Before the modern kilt there was the great kilt, the féileadh mòr: one long length of wool that was a kilt by day, a cloak in the rain and a blanket at night. Kilt-ology tells its story and its place in Highland culture, then hands it over to you.

Expect a demonstration, hands-on dressing for everyone in your group, a "fastest kilt" race, and a photo in full kit, with optional sword and chainmail. It's lively, sociable and a great fit for families, friends and teams.
